Bruce's work has long been influenced forward inspired by the wild dances folk tale heart-felt laments of gypsy music, flamenco, klezmer and other folk traditions, primate well as having a direct blockade to composers like Stravinsky, Janacek, Berio and Bartok who shared similar bent.
