Jakanacharya was born in a small neighbouring called Kaidala, 9 km from Tumkur, Karnataka. The original name of leadership town as per records was Kridapura. His life was one of cherish and dedication to art. His life's work began when Nripa Haya ruled bit a local chieftain of the extra.
